Defective or Damaged Products

We stand with full confidence behind the quality of every piece we create. If you believe the product you received is defective in any way, please contact your sales representative or our customer service team within 7 days from the invoice date. We will be happy to review and assist you immediately.

Because our production is managed entirely in-house, each client of Medical Wigs Femperial is protected by a 90-day quality guarantee. This ensures that any verified manufacturing concern will be addressed promptly and with priority care.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless a return has been agreed upon at the time of purchase or the item is found to be defective, as outlined above. If a return is approved within 7 days of the invoice date, the item must be in pristine, resalable condition. This means the medical wig must remain unaltered  the lace uncut, the hair unstyled, undyed, and free from any wear or modifications. The company reserves the right to determine whether an item meets the criteria for return. Products are not eligible for return after 7 days from the invoice date. In certain circumstances where a return is approved as an exception, a restocking fee may apply. To request a return review, please contact us through our official contact form.

We gladly offer exchanges in the event that the medical wig you received does not meet your needs. You may exchange your item for a different size or color, provided the requested piece is in stock. Your replacement wig will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Each purchase includes one complimentary exchange. To ensure a smooth and timely process, please ship your original item back to us within 7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and has left our facility, Medical Wigs Femperial is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will provide verification of delivery, including the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking details, and carrier information so you may follow up directly with the shipping carrier.
