Defective or Damaged Products

If you believe the product you received is defective in any way, please contact your sales representative or our customer service team within 7 days from the invoice date. We will be happy to review and assist you immediately.
Because our production is managed entirely in-house, each client of Medical Wigs Femperial is protected by a 90-day quality guarantee. This ensures that any verified manufacturing concern will be addressed promptly and with priority care.
Returns & Refunds
We gladly offer exchanges in the event that the medical-grade wig or hair topper you received does not meet your needs. You may exchange your item for a different size or color, provided the requested piece is in stock. Your replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Each purchase includes one complimentary exchange. To ensure a smooth and timely process, please ship your original item back to us within 7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and has left our facility, Medical Wigs Femperial is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will provide verification of delivery, including the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking details, and carrier information so you may follow up directly with the shipping carrier.
