Once payment has been received, we begin processing your order with the highest level of care. Every medical wig and topper is individually inspected prior to shipment. As part of our commitment to transparency and craftsmanship, you will receive live footage of your top-tier piece during production before it is shipped. Because each Femperial medical wig and silk human hair topper is crafted and prepared individually, the processing period is approximately 4–7 business days. All items are shipped brand new to uphold strict hygienic standards.

We offer worldwide free express delivery through DHL Express, UPS Express, or FedEx Express. Transit time is typically 1–2 business days. All shipments require a signature upon delivery, ensuring that your item is received securely at the address provided. If alternative delivery arrangements are needed, please let us know in advance.

Beginning August 29, 2025, the United States will no longer apply a de minimis exemption for imported goods, meaning that more shipments entering the U.S. may be subject to duties or tariffs.

To ensure a seamless experience for our clients, Medical Wigs Femperial will fully cover all duties and taxes for U.S. orders. There will be no additional charges, no hidden fees, and no surprises. 

Every order is packaged with care and dispatched directly from our facility in Amsterdam, Netherlands, ensuring safe handling and a premium delivery experience.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately and in full at the time of checkout. Due to our strict processing and shipping schedule, we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.
