Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind our products. If you feel that the product(s) you purchased is/are defective, please contact us (sales rep or customer service) immediately (within 7 days from invoice date). Due to the fact that our factory is in house you're eligible for a 100% guarantee for 90 days, your inquiry issue will be resolved immediately as a client of Femperial


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise negotiated at the time of purchase or found defective as stated above. If a return is negotiated within 7 days of invoice date, the item MUST BE IN MINT CONDITION (resalable condition) and has not been altered in anyway including cut, styled or dyed.

The company reserves the right to determine if the item is in returnable condition. Products are not eligible for return after 7 days of invoice date. However in certain situations where we do accept a return an extra restocking fee may apply.

We do accept exchanges if you received a medical wig that doesn't work for you we  can exchange your item for any size or color (permitted it’s in stock) we will send the correct medical wig to your address at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item. Please make sure your return item is being shipped within 7 business days to speed up your exchange inquiry

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the orders are shipped and leave from our facility, we are not labile for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Website will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Contact your sales rep immediately  for further investigation and solutions.
